Delivery

All jewellery is handmade to order and will be dispatched to you as soon as possible. All items in stock items will be posted within 10 days, however, if you require any item urgently then please either email me or contact me on 07810 020 790 and I will be more than happy to oblige.

Please note that as all items are handmade you can be specific about requirements i.e if you require items to be made smaller or larger or a different colour this can be done (most minor changes will incur no additional costs, please email me for a quote prior to placing your order). 

Payment

All items can be purchased using the shopping basket on the site which will link you to paypal.  Please note that you do not have to have a paypal account to make payment. 

As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site where you can complete your purchase. I also accept BACS payments, cheques and postal orders which can be made payable to DMS Designs and posted to 3 Jamieson Gardens, Station Road, Uddingston, G71 7BS.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email me at dms-designs@sky.com for a full refund.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your DMS Designs purchase then please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and I will give you details of where to return the product to for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Only items that have not been worn can be returned.  Please note for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.  

Privacy Policy 
To ensure that shopping with DMS Designs online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted by our secure paypal server. We do not hold your card details on our system and they will be used only once to authorise your transaction. At no time do we see any of your cards details.

DMS Designs will hold your name, address and email address on a secure database to advise you of future items that may be of interest to you.  At no time will your information be shared with any third parties.  Should not wish your details to be kept then please email me at dms-designs@sky.com and your information will be removed.
